Kim was a great source of knowledge and help while selling our dad's rental property after his death. It was a tremendous relief to have her take over and get it done. She went out of her way to make sure my sister and I understood everything that was going on and even answered a lot of "what if' questions on other properties. She was truly willing to help out in any way we needed her. When the buyer required things to be done and we couldn't locate someone to do them, she could and did, pulling from her varied resources. She referred us to inspectors, roofers, etc. even if it was to do work on dad's other properties. She was considerate of the tenant when showing the property and having people come in to do the inspection, etc., calling and giving enough time for the tenant to make plans. I would definitely recommend Kim to anyone who is buying or selling property!
